Paul A. Williams was a journalist during the first half of the twentieth century. Williams started his journalism career as a regimental officer in the U.S. Army during World War I, serving assignments in Illinois and France. From 1919 to 1926, Williams was a foreign correspondent for the "Chicago Tribune" and served assignments in numerous countries, including France, Germany, and Russia.
